Well-known Australian group, Pot-Pourri (4 singers and pianist), in an entertaining and educational program showcasing the history and variety of opera and music theatre from Figaro to Phantom. Ideal for Years 5 to 12 and in combination with workshops and school musicals. (60 minute show incl. question time.)

Voice and Performance Workshops

 Voice and performance workshops and master classes by artists from the company focusing on posture, breathing, relaxation for performance, voice production, ensemble singing, repertoire, performance skills, school musicals, etc. Can also provide adjudicators for school music/drama competitions.

School Motivation Speaker

Motivational addresses, interactive discussions and voice and stress management workshops by the high achieving soprano and company director, Tania de Jong, who went to America on a tennis scholarship, holds an Honours Law Degree from the University of Melbourne, performed with the State Opera Company and founded Music Theatre Australia which tours nationally and internationally. Tania is also a Churchill Fellow and Victorian Career Achiever.

Entertainment for Fundraising

Performances ranging from fully-staged comic operas to A Night on Broadway, a show for your fundraising dinner or to launch a new venue. Music Theatre Australia can provide a number of talented Australian artists (singers, actors, musicians, bands, roving artists, etc) to create memorable performances in indoor and outdoor venues.
